Before founding Williams Consulting LLC, Tujuanna served as Vice President & Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Fannie Mae. In her role, she conceptualized, created and executed a multi-pronged DEI strategy that facilitated a culture of inclusion enterprise-wide. Her wide-scale success inspired her to create a multi-faceted management consulting and coaching firm specializing in diversity, inclusion, access and equity.
